Why are the products printed to order?

Verizon requested this collection printed to order to maximize the donation amount. Due to high volume in anticipation of Veteran's Day, please allow three weeks for production with additional time for shipping. Paying for expedited shipping will not affect production timelines.

I ordered a shirt but now I see a different size in my cart! Your site is terrible and you guys are the worst.

We've had a few customers using Internet Explorer notice that their product sizes were unintentionally changed to XS in their cart.


We recommend accessing our site with Chrome or Firefox. You are also always welcome to place an order by phone at 801-228-0326 or by emailing your order to hello@shopcallforfire.com.

When will my order ship?

The Verizon Military Appreciation Gear is printed to order, please allow up to three weeks for it to be received, printed, and packed. Paying extra for expedited shipping will speed up the shipping time, but will not affect the time it takes to print and fulfill your order. 


Orders placed by October 20th will ship by November 1st.

I never received a confirmation email!

Confirmation emails are automatically sent out when your order is placed. If you never received one, the email we have on file may be incorrect. Please email us at hello@shopcallforfire.com with EMAIL UPDATE in the subject line.

We're not naming names, but a lot of you guys can't spell the name of a certain cell phone company... Don't worry, we won't tell Hans.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent out when your order is being fulfilled and are activated once your order has shipped


Tracking number not activated before the three week production timeline? Not an emergency, everything is probably on track.


Tracking number not activated well after the three week production timeline? Definitely get in touch and we will remedy the situation.

How long will it take to get my order?

VERIZON CUSTOMERS- 

The Verizon Military Appreciation Gear is printed to order, please allow 3 weeks for production. Paying extra for expedited shipping will speed up the shipping time, but will not affect the time it takes to print and fulfill your order. 


ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS-

We work with a number of thoroughly vetted third-party printing and fulfillment companies to print and ship each product as orders are placed. This increases the number of products we are able to offer and keeps costs and prices as low as possible. To be on the safe side, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed, with additional time for shipping.


Average timelines:

USA: 5-8 business days

Canada: 6-12 business days

World: 10-20 business days


That said, we've found that most domestic orders are shipped within 3 days after your order was placed. Expedited shipping available for an extra printing and shipping fee available at checkout. These prices are set by our suppliers and shipping carriers. As our company expands, we look forward to offering more products available in-house, which will reduce order fulfillment times.

What payment methods are accepted?

Our checkout system accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and GooglePay. If you don't have a credit card or online payment account, we recommend using a prepaid Visa gift card to complete your purchase.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not at all, just enter your email and checkout as a guest. We'll need that information anyway so that we can contact you about your order.

How do I place a bulk order?

Need to place multiple orders shipping to different locations?

1. Send a spreadsheet in the following format to hello@shopcallforfire.com

Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Product, Product Size

2. We will contact you when your order has been printed, packed and is ready for shipment. 

3. Invoice will be payable online and include a shipping average per product type.

4. You will be able to edit Billing Name and Address through the online payment system when paying your invoice.

5. You will receive a tracking update 5 business days after your orders have shipped.

 

Please Note:



  • Allow up to three weeks for items to be printed, fulfilled, and shipped.
  • Billing is available online and a separate pdf invoice will be sent for your records.
  • Individual tracking numbers cannot be sent for sets over 5 orders, but we will monitor tracking and send an update after at least 5 business days.
  • Check with your credit card or billing department for spending caps per day/purchase. We can gladly separate bills into smaller invoices, typically under $250.
  • Due to the large number of bulk order requests we receive, we greatly appreciate keeping all emails and requests as succinct as possible. We will gladly send you a free t-shirt for bulk orders with correspondence of 6 emails/phone calls or less!

General Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Keep in mind that international shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

APO addresses need to be shipped through USPS.

How do I ship to an APO address?

Overseas US Military bases are considered domestic (U.S.) addresses.

City: Enter "APO"

State:

-Select "Armed Forces Europe" if you are stationed in Europe, Middle East, Africa or Canada.

-Select "Armed Forces Pacific" if you are stationed in the Pacific.

-Select "Armed Forces Americas" if you are stationed in the Americas.

These are found all the way at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

Country: "UNITED STATES"

DO NOT SELECT THE COUNTRY WHERE YOU ARE STATIONED. 

Please double check that your address is filled out correctly.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR  INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PACKAGES.

(But hopefully an Afghan National will enjoy the gift.)

Issues

What the hell, jerks, my order never arrived!

If you received delivery confirmation for your order but it did not arrive, it's probably just part of general 2020 crappiness and not a lost order. We have had HUNDREDS of customers not receive their order as scheduled this year and every package eventually turned up.

(Every single one, even after months of waiting.)

We recommend sending us a friendly email at hello@shopcallforfire.com letting us know about the situation and checking with your neighbors, family members, and neighborhood NextDoor or Listserv.

We understand the frustration of not receiving your order, but we are not responsible for missing packages and can not refund your order. If you follow our recommendations above and the package still doesn't turn up, we'd be glad to do what we can to help with placing a new order.

A product arrived damaged and now I'm pissed. Should I blow up your company on Facebook?

Dude, no! It's our priority that you receive exactly what you ordered and feel happy to wear it with pride. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged product. 

Send us a picture of the issue to hello@shopcallforfire.com or DM us on Instagram as soon as possible and we will work with the printer/supplier to figure out the next steps. We count on you guys to help us catch any issues and make sure that we only work with the very best printing companies.
